PS5 vs. PS5 Slim: A Small Increase in Storage
Unlike mid-term updates like the PS4 Pro, the PS5 Slim is not just an additional option to the existing model but is set to replace it entirely.
The Slim model does not offer an upgrade in core features like the processor or RAM, but there is a small increase in storage capacity. The original PS5 has 825 GB of internal storage, while the PS5 Slim increases this to a full 1 TB.
The most significant difference between the PS5 and PS5 Slim is their size. The original PS5 was one of the largest consoles ever made, so even a slight reduction in size is a notable advantage.
